Investigation portfolio in the case of PROZRINNIA LLC

In the end of 2020, an illegal takeover on the Desna coastline took place near the village of Khotianivka, Vyshhorod district.

Till now the attorney has performed a number of legally significant actions in the interests of PROZRINNIA LLC, aimed to regaining lost assets. Legal protection is burdened by constant opposition to so-called "titushky" (young people secretly used by local authorities as instigators and mercenaries to organize violent provocations) and media scandals.

According to media reports, the initiator of the "opposition" may be Kyrylo Shevchenko – the official of one of the boxing organizations in the capital city.

The essence of the conflict: illegal re-registration of corporate rights and registration of a loan. An important point is that for a short period of control over the enterprise land plots were reissued to persons associated with the illegal takeovers.

Disputes are resolved in several statuses in different courts.
