The court has launched the bankruptcy case of the Agromars Complex LLC

The Commercial Court of the city of Kyiv has launched the bankruptcy proceedings against the company Agromars Complex LLC., whose founders are Maryna Sigal and Yevhen Sigal.

This fact is declared in the Register of Court Decisions.

According to the court materials, the company Inter Way Capital applied to the court with an application to open the bankruptcy proceedings in connection with the existing and outstanding debts.

The applicant declares that the Agromars Complex LLC amounts a debt of UAH 213.9 million.

As follows from the case materials, on 19 April - 2021 the Inter Way Capital company sent to the debtor and the guarantor a request message about the assignment of the right of claim and the need to repay the debt, indicating the new bank details. But this requirement was not fulfilled.

Reference: According to the YouControl analytical system, the founder of the Inter Way Capital is the Genesis Capital venture investment fund whose ultimate beneficial owners are Vasyl’ Astion and Yevhen Astion.

According to the decision, the court recognized the monetary claims of the Inter Way Capital against the Agromars Complex LLC in the amount of UAH 213.9 million, including UAH 158.43 million, which were secured by the pledge (mortgage) of the debtor's property. In addition, the court imposed a moratorium on meeting the claims of the Agromars Complex LLC creditors.

The court also forbade the debtor and the owner of the property (the body authorized to manage the property) of the debtor to make decisions on liquidation, reorganization of the debtor, as well as to alienate the fixed assets and pledged items.

As a remind, Investohills Vesta Financial Company bought out the rights and obligations of Kredobank under the general agreement on lending provided to the Agromars Complex LLC.
